Q.

I have got a csection,11days before.i cant produce enough breastfeed.what should I do..what is the proper diet

A. hello dear for increasing breast milk you have to take proper care of your diet you have to take raw papaya sabudana dry fruits ajwain Pani everyday in your day also increase in take of water
