I have gone through c section and it’s been 3 months my injection pain is increase and with back pain can you suggest what to do

You can do cold compress or hot compress you can check with your doctor you can apply some move and then you can do cold compress or hot compress whatever doctor suggest that’s going to help in reducing the pain if the pain is much you can also take a painkiller and once you complete a decent time of your delivery C-section delivery then you can ask your doctor and back related exercise otherwise this pain can be permanent over the period
