I have given vitamin A supplement only once for my kid who is 35 months now. will that create a problem?

So was it suggested by the doctor are you just gave it by mistake that you have not mentioned clearly so vitamin A is a good supplement if you have even given it by mistake then it was just good but if your doctor has advised you have not given it then it can create a deficiency in the body
