Q.

i have given paracetamol syrup for head and feet hotness temperature are varing 100 below and 100.7 above hotness is still there

A. if you have given paracetamol and state the fever is there you can do cold sponging of the whole body of the child and syrup meftal p can also be given in high grade temperature
