I have given my daughter drotin ds for abdominal pain still she is complaining about her pain but in little amount.

Sometimes it can take about half an hour to 1 hour to settle down with the pain still if your child has not feel better despite of two or three hours of the medication given then you can give paracetamol and then you please consult your doctor for further assistance
