Q.

I have giddiness through out the day about some days.and having ringing sound in the ear sometimes.is it normal. iam mother of 5 month baby giving breast milk

A. it is very important to continue the supplements given by a doctor because many times due to iron vitamin b12 folic acid and calcium deficiency this can occur in the body so better to meet your doctor

A. hi it might happen because of hormonal changes. please take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated avoid cold and windy climate. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day take enough sleep maintain good hygiene
