I have gastric problem uske karan headache or eyes bhi bhari bhari rehti hai please give some suggestions or medicine

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy5 years agoA. it is advisable to drink plenty of water and also take curd or buttermilk which help in proper digestion of food and for few days kindly take only simple diet like rice dal khichdi apple banana and do not take wheat as well as milk and non veg food for few days
