Q.

I have exclusively breast fed my baby till 6 months and than rejoin my job . Started nan pro formula milk during my working hrs . Some of my colleagues told me not to give formula milk as it is processed and harmful . And to start cow or buffalo milk . Is it true ?

A. Hello dear parent! Outside milk should be given to the baby only after completing one year. Till then the baby should be either breastfed or formula fed only. If possible try expressing your breastmilk and feed it in your absence while at work. Good luck and take care.
