I have done preganews test Tommorow detects positive but then I done today morning detects negative what should I do

A. Go and get an ultrasound done or go for a blood test that is going to give you a clear picture I don’t know why did you perform two test one you did yesterday what time that you have not mentioned and when you did today so I think it’s better to proceed with a further testing
