I have developed gestational hypertension at 39 weeks and my baby is three months old now but still my bp did not settle.how long does it take to settle

it will take time .
we can not predict it exactly as we all are different.
but to control it ,have Healthy diet.
limit your salt and sugar intake.
drink plenty of water.
take necessary medicines for this which is prescribed by your gynecologist.
stay stress free.
take enough sleep
