i have delivered 28th September 2024 twin babies at that time I didn't experience bleeding,from 7th November started bleeding still now it is continuing is it ok or any problem please give me suggestion

A. Usually the bleeding stays for some till 45 days so once talk to your gynaecologist if you are getting heavy bleeding till now eat a iron and calcium rich diet abd take your supplements as well
