Q.
I have cesarean delivery now it is 9th month still I have over blooding when I have period it is normal or any other issues?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its very normal to have irregular periods or heavy bleeding at this time due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly for 3-4 months. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in period after delivery is very normal. and please have more green leaves vegetables in your daily diet nd follow the regular exercise and yoga routine. take care
