Q.
i have caesarian delivery. now my baby is 5 month old. 2 month after delivery, i do full of kitchen works, bath of baby, washing etc. now my cesarian stiches are very pain full. how can i do.

If the problem is persistent then consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
