I have c-section 2 and half month ago..my milk supply is low and u can say nothing..I m taking Himalaya shatavari capsule from 4 days two times but nothing result..what can I do

A. take dhootpapeshwar shatavari kalp granules the quantity should be one and half teaspoon mixed with Luke war milk two times in the day for yourself to boost milk and keep breastfeeding directly
