I have bymistakely given my 4 months baby 2.5ml of tonoferon drops once...will it effect him with overdose?

A. itne cause vomiting and gastritis once to the child but if the child doesn't show any side effects then there is no need to worry. and this age you can give 0.5 ml once a day for tonofer on drops
