Q.

I have burning sensation in my nipple after breastfeeding. Then I have white spots in my nipple sometimes it goes and again it coms after one or two days.It pains and pricks a lot during breastfeeding. what is the reason for white spots. will it go permanently and give me solution for it?

A. you are having sore nipples the reason pain in the nipples in addition probably you may be having some blocked duct also continue to feed the baby e can apply nipcare ointment if the pain is more can use nipple shield put hot fomentation for relief of pain
