I have breast engagement. how to avoid this. I am exclusive puming mom

A. Massaging your breast regularly to melt the clothes if there any formed inside and doing hot compress is going to help in reducing it down still if you do not feel comfortable after doing it multiple times in the day then you can consult your doctor
