i have been sitting my two months old baby upright position after feeding as he has a tendency to vomit and not interested to stay on shoulder for burping. is sitting straight on lap harmful for his spinal cord?

Oh Maam you are not advisable to make your child sit at all before completing the time of six months it can actually hamper the spine of your child I agree if your child is not interested in taking a shoulder time it’s Alright you can keep the child in the lap even if the child vomit it’s okay it’s common for them due to poor digestion but sitting is not advisable at all
