I have been seeing ghamori type small bumps on the face,neck and armpit of my 4.5 month old baby since the last two days. does it resolve on its own or do I need to get it checked?

A. hello baby being small make sure to use mild skin care products like babyhug which should be safe and any concern then is better to check with ur doctor which is better
