i have been giving more formula feed and some breast milk to my baby boy. now i want to switch on to more breastfeeding and very less formula feeding.how can i do it without effecting the health of my baby?

A. If you are offering more formula feed now, gradual reduction of the same and increasing breast feeding will suit your baby. Suppose you are offering four times formula feed and four time breast feeding, you may switch to breast feeding 5,6,7 and 8 by increasing one feed every day and thus by reducing in the way of 4,3,2 and 1 for formula feed.
