Q.

I have been gifted with twin daughters on 29th oct 2021. They are now 20 days old and they weight 1.785 kg and 1.645 kg. They have been discharged yesterday. What precaution I should take to gain their weight.

A. See A lot of parents did cannot manage to breastfeed both the kids so one feed you should give breast and the other should be formula try to manage both feel that with that one time one child should be fed on breast and extend the other should be and in the meanwhile the other one should be on formula feeding that’s what you can do for healthy weight gain
