Q.

I have back pain, but not in down, next to neck/ exactly opposite to chest. please give me the treatment for this. I am feeding 1yr 2m girl baby.

A. It can be due to feeding the baby in wrong posture so first of all rage support of pillow while feeding so your spine is straight and take hot water bag and apply volini gel on the area

A. Hello dear parent, wel this needa to be examined first and then only treatment can be discussed. Also yu ou can try and keep hot water bottle on the area. Also yu ou can getassage doe with coconut oil there. Take your supplements so lilke iron calcium and vitamin etc. They may also help. Good luck and take care
