I have back and knee pain?. Can this be because if calcium deficiency since I feed my child.

A. Yes post delivery women face it. Even i had severe backpain and consulted my gynaec..as per her advice i started giving a backsupport while feeding like keeping pillows behind, while sitting....even while sleeping keep one behind the abdomen... After a few days itself u will find the result...Till one year take Max rest be sleeping & do some exercise...... Only for feeding u sit but don't sit simply for longer time..... If u sit for longer time u ll face backache & it ll b for life long, so avoid sitting unnessasary at least for 1 year.
