Q.

I have a vitamin b12 deficiency in pregnancy and I do consume meat and my doctor suggested that I may not get vitamin b12 orally as I have deficiency even though I eat meat .I have taken 8 injection ewhen I am pregnant and after birth I haven't taken any b12 injection.Is it fine or will that effect my baby

A. dear mum. if currently you do not have any deficiency than it will not affect ur baby, it's good to get it check once, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
