I have a three-month-old niece, can I give her sugar in milk?

A. Dear parent, you should not give sugar to your 3 months old baby. Sugar can be added to your baby’s food after 6 months. If you are giving formula, then it already contains sugar. Ideally, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete.
