Q.

i have a son he is 4yrs old and he is not chewing the food properly and very slim.. not intrested to food very difficult to eat,and in 2 months he is going to school he never eat food himself i m worried about that

A. i suggest you to feed daily roti sabji how much he want.. try to roll the chapati and give to his hand. Try making rice very soft. Add ghee ov the warm rice, and th en add daal and let him eat himself.

A. Hi! I have 10 months old baby boy.he is not eating any kinda of food like khichdi,daliya anything,cookies too.i don’t know why ,..but I m tensed about my baby.please suggest what can I do for him?

A. No worries about him , kids do some things by copying others kids . So he will be take his proper nutrition but after a time

A. Hi , do not worry. This was the same issue with my son but now as he is going to school he finish his lunch on his own. You only try to give food in small quantity and healthy with ghee and all. So, that whatever he eats should be healthy for him.

A. hi self feeding at this stage of age is too early to expect. yes ,kids do this. but mam,it is gradual process. so first , please stay calm consistent and positive. encourage your child by giving variety of fruits,nuts ,dry fruits etc in small pieces. you can give chapati in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter it will encourage your child for self feeding.
