Q.

I have a six month old baby and this is my first child. I had upper back pain towards the end of my pregnancy only while lying down (on my back or side). Pain is near the lower ribs I think. So after delivery also I'm experiencing the same pain while lying down. It goes if I'm not lying down. Could it because of weight gain? or less excercise?

A. it should not continue after delivery. once consult your orthopedic for proper examination and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor . .

A. hi yes ,it might happen because of over weight , muscular pain , injury or nutritional deficiencies etc so , please have Healthy and nutritious diet. avoid drinking RO water which can lead to calcium deficiency and can cause such problem. start doing some exercises like stretching walking, etc but please don't sit or stand for long period. try heating pad to get relief in pain take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
