AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Take paracetamol if u have headache. Apply balm on the forehead to get relief from pain. This can be due to hyper acidity that u are getting severe headache.. Avoid eating spicy oily food as it aggravates acidity. Eat banana empty stomach in the morning to get relief from acidity. U can have Eno also.
