Q.

I have a query about breakfast lunch and snacks(nutrients) we have to provide for ukg kids. My daughter classes will start at 8am and her school bus will come at 7.30. so what the options or routine we can follow for a 5yr old for this. Usually now she is having her breakfast a 8.30am, how can I change it when? when we can provide breakfast while going school? should we need to feed breakfast before going to school. what should we pack for snacks? please put comments and options

A. dear mom before your child leaves for school you can provide quick to eat nutritious snack like a fruit and milk nuts like almonds, walnut, cashew, dates and milk idli stuffed paratha boiled egg
