Q.
I have a nine months old daughter. she's itching her scalp daily. her scalp is clear. no signs of cradle cap and dandruff. iam using spoo shampoo, but now iam not using any shampoo, because of don't understand the reason of itching. if iam giving atarax or Cetirizine she stops itching. I want permanent solution of it. because giving medicine all the time is not a permanent solution. please help me.

Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene
