I have a month old baby and when I try to pump using manual breast pump even for 30min I could not even get 10ml of my breast milk. when my baby try to drink from my best he falls asleep after sometime and continue to latch while asleep. Does he get milk while he asleep? as pumping gives me less milk is that a sign that my milk is not sufficient for baby? and due to this my baby is also not gaining weight?
