A. Hello dear parent! Try as much to latch your baby directly to your breast making a good skin contact. Check if your baby’s feeding position is comfortable. There should be a minimum gap of 2 hours between feeds. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day. Consult a lactation expert for advice.
