I have a boy age of 4 yrs,, he had sever itching on male genital organ,, at night time only,,, by locking it has slight rash on skin,,, like musqito bite bubble,, after that night it dis appers,, and no rash and itching,, so pls. give me suggestion for that,,, thank you

it might be fabric allergy or heat or sweating or diapers .
so please choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
keep that area clean
avoid using diapers for now.
apply thin layer of coconut oil there.
