Q.

I have a baby of 21 days and I am not getting enough milk to feed her and she is crying and we are now using milk powder any suggestions please I am very worried

A. if you are a breastfeeding mother and if you are not having proper milk secretion try to take a healthy diet plan t of liquids and high fibre also give proper position to the baby while feeding it will help

A. See Mother doesn’t produce sufficient lactation for the child and formula milk is the best option that you can go ahead with and since you’re already giving formula feeding to the child then you doing good enough so don’t be worried formula milk is going to meet up all the nutrient levels for your child
