I have a baby girl of 5 years and I had a abortion on 12 March 2021 of 6 weeks and again had abortion on 5 February 2022 what's the reason and how to treat

A. first few week of abortion is mostly due to chromosomal abnormality however more properly it can be guided by the doctor who has been examination you personally. . . .
