I have a baby girl , at present she is 4 months old, I notified that she has a lumps in both breast. Is it common for all .kindly suggest , shall I consult a doctor or not

If it is close to the nipple part of the child and that would be the milk that is there in every child’s nipples that little bit of milk and lot of people squeeze it out and a lot of people do not squeeze it out and when you don’t squeeze it out sometimes it can look like this but in this case it’s important to cross check with the doctor
