I have a 6 month old and breastfeeding? Can I take emmufast vitamin c and zinc chewable tablets? I want to know if it is safe, please.

Yes you can take
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula
Give adequate water
Give adequate feeding
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give mashed potatoes mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Maintain hydration
