I have a 5 month old kid. My wife is suffering from Cold & Cough since last 2 days... She breastfeeds my kid. 1) Can she take tossex or benadryl cough cyrup if she is breastfeeding ? 2) Is there any side effects for my kid.... ?

Baby should be given only breast milk till 6 mnths of age as breast milk has natural antibodies for baby s immunity and IQ development. Nothing is advised n can b harmful if given no ghutti no water
