Q.

I have a 4 week old baby girl and she is never satisfied after breastfeeding. I pump and give milk to her post breastfeeding but I doubt if I can continue doing this once she turns 3 months as milk demand will be more that time. what do you suggest that how can she be satisfied after breastfeeding. I have sat with her for hours also feeding her but she always need top feed from the bottle due to hunger.

A. Hello mom massage your breast well after every feed , and hence that would help to ease out any lumps if so may cause and interuupt the flow of the milk. You may take a heathy diet such as include garlic , flax seeds, panjiri, dry fruits , jeera, ajwain or saunf water, milk , drumstick , fenugreek leaves , oats etc keep your self hydrated with fluids
