Q.

I have a 3 month old baby girl. My breast milk supply reduces from evening so i need to feed her formula milk. but she doesn't drink the formula milk and spits it out. As a result she's hungry and starts licking her hand. she feels irritated due to hunger as there's very little breast milk that doesn't satisfy her. I have shatavari in milk every day for a good milk supply. shall i change the formula milk?? please help

A. Hello good afternoon !! For improving breastmilk supply have lactating foods in diet. Milk and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, poppy seeds, garlic, kheema. Garlic milk - Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk add sugar and have it every alternate day. Generally babies habituate to breastfeed rejects formula feed you can take Paeditrician suggestion on formula brand.
