Q.

I have a 2month old baby, and I will always become sleepy during breastfeeding. I make sure I don't fall on to baby, but is it fine being sleepy while feeding.?

A. Congratulations on your new baby! It's completely normal to feel sleepy during breastfeeding sessions, especially with a newborn who likely has frequent, sometimes lengthy feeds. As long as you are taking precautions to ensure your baby's safety and well-being, being a bit sleepy during feeds is completely fine. Remember to prioritize your own self-care and rest when possible, as being well-rested can also benefit your baby. Keep up the great work!
