Q.
I have a 20 days old baby boy, and I think my breast milk is not sufficient for him.. any advice ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. see whether the baby is sleeping for 1 hour after feeding if the baby is passing urine 8 to 10 times per day it means that there is sufficient milk for the baby

Hi mommy mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Wash hands often Stay hydrated healthy hydrated
