Q.
I have a 2 days old baby boy..I use to let him latch on my breast so that he may get used to of it slowly and to start milk production also but both of my nipples started hurting...what is the reason and how to solve this.when the breast milk start to produce.he also burps after I breastfeed him but there is no milk when I try to squeeze my nipples..please guide

In latching the child should open the mouth properly, not only nipple but also black area around nipple also come in baby mouth while breastfeeding. If you think still milk supply is less, then consume sataveri powder of galact company, drink lots of water and eat more green vegetables.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it's only two days wait and do not worry. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
