Q.

I have a 1yr old baby,she is on breast feeding. I think my weight has reduced, Plz suggest some good diet plan for weight gain

A. please take the traditional food in sufficient quantity you can in fact take some proteins for bodybuilding which are abundantly present in non vegetarian food x and pulses . . .

A. To increase weight of the baby, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 650-700 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
