I have a 15 months old daughter...since 2 days she is vomitting almost after every meal...as in she is very active n playful

A. It’s Mostly indigestion it seems like your child is unable to digest any kind of food as of now which is why your child is vomiting or there is some other issue so you have to get a check with your paediatrician to be more sure about it whether it is just a stomach reflux or any other issue
