Q.
I have a 12 days old girl baby. From couple of days she find too difficult to burp after feeding. she cries, when the burp comes out. pls suggest what should I do

It is advisable to prefer to take care of your diet and have only easy to digest food and avoid gas forming Foods include jeera or ajwain or saunf water in your daily routine and also you can use Hing in your meals this helps in proper digestion as well.
