I have a 1 month baby and m facing severe insomnia can't sleep even baby is with someone else what to do, unable to sleep for three to four nights n day, only two to three hours

Copy your doctor about it they can suggest you with some medicines which will help and along with that do meditation try to listen to some good and calming music and that will also help and some meditation specially something which is going to help in calming your brain down
