I have 8 months boy baby I am confused about feeding please some one suggest me how many spoons of solid food I should give in one time and how many times breastfeeding. Now a days baby not taking BF properly so I am worried he is taking sufficient feed or not so please help me how much food sufficient 8 months baby and how I come to know baby is taking sufficient

A. Dear mum, for 8 months old baby, you should give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed in between and on demand. If baby is active, playful, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours then your baby is having sufficient food.
