Q.

I have 8 months baby. my Gynecologist prescribed the medication (placida) for my stress and depression. she asked me to take that alternative dates as I am breastfeeding my baby. She did not tell how long I have to take that.. how long should I need to take that tablet??

A. You should ask your gynaecologist about it and fir your stress and depression start doing pranayam and yoga in the morning and keep yourself engaged in things which you like to don
