Q.

I have 7th month baby boy , suddenly I was gained lot of weight how to control my weight, breast feeding also continuous giving into my child ,how can it reduce .

A. You have to start some physical exercise in your daily routine of your choice either yoga or any other workout of your choice avoid eating oily fried too much desi ghee and limit your tea coffee and sweet cravings
